Ball size
The size range of micro precision ball is from 1mm to 3mm, and the grade is from 10 to 50. The sphericity of Grade 10 ball is only one millionth of an inch (0.00001 "), which is the highest precision ball we have produced.

In 2020, Hartford opened a professional, modern and most advanced miniature ball facility in China. Here, we can process chrome (52100/GCr15) or 440C balls, from 1mm to 3mm, and grades from 10 to 50. The factory has passed ISO 9001 certification and can process 100 metric tons of steel balls every year.
