outline
Carbon steel ball is an economic substitute for fully hardened precision ball. They provide reliable performance for cheaper anti-friction bearings, steering columns, casters, conveyor belts and trolleys, roller skates, toys and drawer slides. Carbon steel balls are also specified for vibration finishing, ball stoppers and aerosol cans that require ingredient mixing.
Material properties
High hardness and excellent wear resistance. Made of the highest quality carbon steel.
hardness
The surface of carbon steel ball is hardened to the lowest Rockwell C 60 (measured in parallel plane) to provide strength and long life.
