Cage needle roller bearing

Hartford Technologies manufactures cage needle roller bearings for various end uses.

The cage needle roller bearing consists of cylindrical needles assembled into the cage or cage. The holder/holder can be moulded plastic. Common materials include polyamide (nylon), acetal (polyformaldehyde resin) or other engineering plastics. Alternatively, the cage/retainer can be made of mild steel by metal stamping and forming process. Sometimes the cage/retainer is machined. Other materials include brass or stainless steel. The needle roller is most commonly made of bearing grade chromium steel (52100/GCr15). This material is widely specified for its high strength, hardness and wear resistance.

Cage needle application

Hartford Technologies is a multinational supplier of cage needle roller bearings for automotive applications such as steering columns and seat adjusters. They are used in many industrial bearing applications. In these applications, the components used as inner and outer rings are larger components (such as shafts or shells), or are integrated at different points in the assembly process.

Hartford Technologies cage needle roller bearing design engineer is one of the most knowledgeable engineers in the industry. Our manufacturing capacity on both sides of the world provides Hartford customers with great advantages in cost and flexibility. Our prototype laboratory and manufacturing facilities are suitable for rapid turnover, and can meet major projects with strict delivery requirements.

Hartford Technologies has passed ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and WBENC (female owned) certification.
